The number of multi-unit investment sales declined from 53 units in 2017 to 35 units in 2018 at South Lake Tahoe. The median sales price however increased 19% to $519,621. On the Nevada East Shore there were 8 multi-unit sales in 2018 as compared to only two in 2017. The median sales price of those units also increased.
